Our iced white chocolate orange drink is a creamy blend of milk & white chocolate with hints of orange provided by Sobucky Orange Fantastic. It’s an easy, decadent & delicious drink for warm days that will appeal to children and adults alike.

Ingredients (per single serving)
⭐ 200ml Whole milk (full-fat milk)
⭐40g White chocolate (either white chocolate chips or a bar (finely chopped))
⭐10 drops Sobucky Orange Fantastic
⭐Ice

Suggested garnishes
⭐Whipped cream
⭐Orange zest (finely grated)
⭐White chocolate (finely grated)
⭐Mini marshmallows

Instructions ⭐
1.    Heat half of the milk to scalding (but do not let it boil).
2.    Put the chocolate into a heatproof jug or bowl and pour the hot milk onto it. Let stand for 1 minutes then whisk until the chocolate has fully melted.
3.    Add the remaining milk.
4.    Measure 10-15 drops of Sobucky Orange Fantastic into the liquid.
5.    Fill your serving glass with ice and pour the drink into the glass.
6.    Top with whipped cream & garnishes of your choice.
7.    Serve immediately.

Expert Tips ⭐

· For a more pronounced orange flavour use 15 drops of Sobucky Orange Fantastic instead of 10 drops.
· This drink can also be served warm - just heat all the milk and do not serve it over ice.
· Add a splash of alcohol – 20ml of Amaretto or coconut rum would be lovely additions for grown-ups.
· Alternative toppings include orange-coloured sprinkles, crushed cookies, grated nutmeg or even popping candy!
